The forth flock explores contemporary scientific developments to reveal whether new "science" based worldviews can be transposed into the management world, leading to new vocabularies and approaches for strategy implementation. The forth flock also dives into the depths of Western and Eastern "philosophies", looking for transposable frameworks.
Since in the end it's people that matter most, the last flock focuses on personal day to day activities. By reflecting on what seems just ordinary life, this flock investigates and optimizes "personal processes", while respecting individuality.
